Capon Valley Bank remains committed to the health of our employees, customers and communities. While we will continue to carefully monitor the spread of the COVID-19 virus in our region, we want to reassure you that we are and will continue to be open for business.
With that said, beginning on March 23, 2020, we will temporarily close our lobbies and provide service to our customers via our drive-up window service. Please note – our branches will remain staffed in order to allow loan appointments, new accounts, safe deposit box access and other services to still be provided. We simply ask that you call your branch and schedule an appointment prior to your arrival for these services. This is all being done out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our employees and customers.
We also ask that you keep in mind the availability of our electronic services should you wish to limit contact with other folks for the near future. We have the following systems available 24/7:
- CaponConnect Internet Banking
- CaponConnect Mobile Banking App
- ATMs at each branch location
- Telephone Banking (800-991-4293)

Unfortunately, during times like this, scams can and do arise. You should never provide your account number, Social Security Number or Visa Debit Card PIN number to anyone by phone, text or unsolicited email. If you receive such a call, text or email, do not reply and contact the bank at 304-874-3531 for assistance.
